Palestine refers to the geographic region in the Middle East that includes the territories of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The population of Palestine is estimated to be around 5 million people. It is known for its historical and religious significance, including sites such as the Old City of Jerusalem and the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem. The official languages spoken in Palestine are Arabic and Hebrew.

The presence of British or Irish people in Palestine is significant due to humanitarian efforts, diplomatic engagement, and cultural exchange. Many British or Irish individuals visit Palestine for volunteering, educational programs, or diplomatic missions.
