Mongolia is a landlocked country located in Central Asia and East Asia, with a population estimated to be around 3.2 million people. It is known for its vast steppes, nomadic culture, and the Gobi Desert. The official language spoken in Mongolia is Mongolian.

The presence of British or Irish people in Mongolia is relatively limited. However, there may be British or Irish expatriates residing in Mongolia for various reasons, such as work, particularly in sectors such as mining, education, or development projects. They contribute to the local economy, engage in cultural exchange, and appreciate the nomadic traditions, stunning landscapes, and rich history of Mongolia.
In the event of the most unfortunate circumstances, should an individual from England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, or any non-native origin pass away in Mongolia, Rosy International's Mongolia team is ready to assist in repatriating their remains (including ashes) back to the UK or Ireland. We can arrange collection from Ulaanbaatar, Erdenet, Darkhan, Choibalsan, Khovd or any other specified location in Mongolia.
Conversely, the Mongolian community in the UK is relatively small. They may be dispersed across different regions, but London is likely to have a small Mongolian community.
In the event of the passing of your beloved in any of the mentioned cities above or elsewhere, we stand ready to assist you in repatriating your loved ones remains to Mongolia, if needed. In the subsequent sections, we will delve into the process of bringing your loved one back to Mongolia from the UK or Ireland.
