Terms and Conditions

These terms become legally binding when you complete our Next of Kin Authorisation Form or receive confirmation of acceptance via phone, email, or in person.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the provision of repatriation services if caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to:

• Acts of God
• Natural disasters
• War, terrorism, or riots
• Strikes or industrial disputes
• Government actions, travel restrictions, or border closures
• Airspace limitations or any other force majeure event specifically affecting repatriation services
• Data Protection

We are committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding any personal data entrusted to us. When you provide us with personal information (“data”), we ensure its secure handling, processing it strictly for the purpose of fulfilling our services.
In certain circumstances, we may need to share this data with relevant third parties essential to the repatriation process. These third parties, acting on your behalf, may contact you directly to facilitate their services.

Final Costs & Payments

Your final invoice will include a detailed breakdown of all actual charges.
Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full before the repatriation process begins. Payments must be completed by the due date specified.
Late or Non-Payment: In cases of late or non-payment, we reserve the right to recover any congestion charges incurred during service execution. Additionally, overdue balances will be subject to interest at a rate of 2% per month.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel at any stage during the repatriation process, you will remain liable for all services rendered and costs incurred up to that point. Any outstanding balances must be settled immediately upon cancellation.
