How long does the process take?

Usually takes approximately 7 to 14 days from the time we receive the death certificate.

When do I pay?

There’s no need to make a payment right away. Payment is only required before the cremation takes place. If you're paying via international bank transfer, we recommend making the payment a few days in advance, as it can take up to 3 working days to clear. As long as the funds have cleared before the cremation, everything will go ahead as planned.

Which crematorium do we use?

We use a state-of-the-art crematorium, though the specific facility will be confirmed closer to the time of the service. It will be located near our offices in London, and we will inform you in advance of the selected crematorium.

How will I stay updated?

You can stay informed throughout the process by speaking directly with our dedicated care team or by using our online tracking platform. You’ll be provided with a unique Progress Tracking ID, which you can use at https://rosyinternational.co.uk/track/ to monitor the status of the repatriation.

Is a ceremony or service included?

No formal ceremony or service is included as part of the standard offering. However, if you wish to arrange a service, please contact us—we’re happy to assist with that.
