How long does the process take?

Usually takes approximately 15 to 20 days from the time we receive the death certificate.

When do I pay?

There’s no need to make a payment right away. We only require payment when we’re ready to book the flights. If you're paying via international bank transfer, we recommend arranging this a few days in advance, as clearance can take up to 3 working days. As long as the funds have cleared before flight booking, everything will proceed smoothly.

Which crematorium do we use?

We use a state-of-the-art crematorium, though the specific facility will be confirmed closer to the time of the service. It will be located near our offices in London, and we will inform you in advance of the selected crematorium.

How will I stay updated?

You can stay informed throughout the process by speaking directly with our dedicated care team or by using our online tracking platform. You’ll be provided with a unique Progress Tracking ID, which you can use at https://rosyinternational.co.uk/track/ to monitor the status of the repatriation.

Can we transport personal belongings?

If you wish to send personal valuables to Brazil, it is indeed possible. However, it’s important to note that the items must be shipped separately, and additional fees would apply. Contact us for more information.

Which airport will you use?

We typically use London Heathrow or London Gatwick, as they are the two main airports nearest to us.

What airlines are used?

There are a few airlines that operate routes to Brazil. We will confirm the most suitable airline for the repatriation before finalising any flight arrangements.

Will the documents I provide be returned?

We require two original Death Certificates, one original Cremation Certificate, and the deceased’s Passport. One of the Death Certificates will be submitted to the embassy, where it will be kept for their records. The second Death Certificate and the Cremation Certificate must accompany the ashes and remain with them until they reach the final destination, where it would be handed over to the recipient.

Is a ceremony or service included?

No formal ceremony or service is included as part of the standard offering. However, if you wish to arrange a service, please contact us—we’re happy to assist with that.
